Handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints,Maintaining a clean and organized work area,Ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly in the system,Assisting in the management of cash and inventory,Following all company policies and procedures,Working as part of a team to achieve departmental goals,Performing other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
