📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and lead a team of staff to achieve branch targets and maintain high standards of service.,Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure availability of products.,Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.,Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.,Computer literate with experience in using office software and other relevant tools.
