As a Logistics Manager at Porto Indonesia Sejahtera, you will manage a team of 15-20 employees, overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and optimizing our distribution network. You will work with tools like SAP ERP, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and GPS tracking systems to ensure smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 employees, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Utilize SAP ERP and WMS to streamline logistics processes.
• Collaborate with the IT department to integrate new technologies and tools into our logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse and distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and WMS.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and other logistics technologies.
