📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Prepare and submit tender documents, including technical proposals, financial plans, and risk assessments
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project planning and management processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project planning and management, with a focus on construction and infrastructure projects
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of tendering processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera P6
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
