📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery,Lead and mentor a team of stylists, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential,Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism in the salon,Manage appointments, inventory, and staff schedules to optimize productivity and profitability,Collaborate with other beauty professionals to ensure a cohesive and cohesive client experience,Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques, and share this knowledge with your team,Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for all clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a salon supervisor or a similar leadership role in the beauty industry,Proven track record of success in managing a team of beauty professionals,Strong knowledge of beauty services, products, and techniques,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid certification or license in the beauty industry (preferred but not required)
