📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas of improvement and mitigate risks.,Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Lead and mentor a team of auditors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.,Collaborate with various departments to understand their operations and identify audit opportunities.,Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of audit findings and recommendations to senior management.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.,Participate in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 5 years in a senior executive role.,Professional certification in internal auditing, such as CISA, CIA, or CPA, is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience working in a multinational or international environment is a plus.
