📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Continuously improve food quality and presentation.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lead and mentor a team.
