📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the injection moulding workshop, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and train workshop staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor and maintain machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of raw materials and spare parts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the injection moulding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and machinery.
  • Proven experience in managing workshop operations and teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
