📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including guest lists, seating arrangements, and event logistics.,Provide exceptional customer service to banquet guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure smooth event execution and guest satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including setup, decor, and cleanup.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during banquet events.,Handle any last-minute changes or requests from guests or management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure all event requirements are met.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up with guests after the event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with banquet and event planning software.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
