📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and high service standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and occupancy rates.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and hotel policies.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with the front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure the quality of products and services.
• Participate in property planning and development activities to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or boutique setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality software, including PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Understanding of Bali’s tourism industry and local cultural nuances.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
