📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and achieve sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Monitor branch finances and prepare reports for senior management.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a sales or retail environment.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management software is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
