As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by effectively communicating with potential clients and building strong relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
  • Present products and services to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Attend trade shows and networking events
  • Submit accurate and timely sales reports

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
