📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently
• Manage and maintain the resort's property management system, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest records
• Coordinate with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Monitor and maintain the resort's cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures
• Train and develop front desk and housekeeping staff
• Work closely with the resort's management to ensure the highest standards of service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Proven experience in managing front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams
• Strong knowledge of property management systems like ResMan and Cvent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of local Indonesian language a plus
• Hold a relevant certification in hospitality management, such as CHM or CLTM
• Previous experience working in a luxury resort setting is a plus
