📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, to ensure accurate financial records.,Handle banking operations, including reconciling bank statements and managing accounts.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in maintaining inventory of cash and banking supplies, and order replacements as needed.,Collaborate with the clinic's management team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cash handling and banking operations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or banking role, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and banking operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.,Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using basic office software and financial tools.,Valid bank teller certification or equivalent experience is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid setting, combining in-office and remote work.,Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the clinic and its patients.
