📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily production operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.,Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with quality standards.,Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data and performance metrics.,Provide support to the Operations Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
