📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Assess training needs and design training programs accordingly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to participants.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
