Town Market Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team. As a Learning Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Implement and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve them.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training programs with business objectives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
