In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs),Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
