📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Check guests in and out, and ensure they have a comfortable stay.,Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and tidy at all times.,Handle and manage mail and packages, and ensure they are delivered to the correct recipients.,Provide information about the company, its services, and facilities to visitors and clients.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.,Monitor and report any security or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with basic security and safety procedures.
