Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in recruitment.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.Proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding employees.Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.🛠️ Keahlian
