Manage cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency,Ensure all transactions are processed correctly and promptly,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively,Monitor and report on cash handling activities,Train and supervise junior cashiers,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintain a clean and organized work area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role,Proven experience in cash handling and customer service,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Familiarity with basic accounting principles,Ability to use cash register and POS systems,High school diploma or equivalent
