📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs,Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and multimedia presentations,Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs based on identified gaps,Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and training and development,Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and practices,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Experience in developing and delivering training programs for a diverse range of audiences
