Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Develop and maintain architectural designs and drawings, ensuring they comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.,Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and that all parties are aligned.,Oversee construction and renovation projects, ensuring they are executed according to architectural plans and specifications.,Conduct site inspections and provide guidance and support to construction teams.,Prepare and submit project proposals, bids, and reports to clients and stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.,Mentor and train junior architects and project team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.,Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, materials, and construction techniques.,Proficiency in using architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
