📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is memorable.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring high standards of presentation and hygiene.,Manage and supervise a team of servers in a floor captain role, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.,Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.,Assist in training and developing new team members to ensure consistent service quality.,Adhere to health and safety regulations, and ensure the dining area is safe and secure.,Participate in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a server, floor captain, or waiter.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs, and the ability to adapt to different guest needs.,Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.,Ability to work well in a team and take direction from supervisors.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid work permit for Indonesia, or the ability to obtain one.,Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
