Randstad is currently partnering with a leading global semiconductor company to find a Stamping Manager or Senior Manager to join their team in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the stamping process to ensure high-quality output and adherence to industry standards.,Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and meet customer requirements.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.,Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on the stamping process.,Proven experience in managing teams and processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.,Familiarity with industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, SEMATECH).,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

🛠️ Keahlian

Process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g.LeanSix Sigma).Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with ERP and MES systems.Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
