📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage tax compliance and ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
- Provide strategic advice on tax strategies and minimize liabilities.
- Collaborate with the finance team and other stakeholders to optimize tax processes.
- Utilize tax software such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Tax, and Deltek Tax to streamline processes.
- Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present tax reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in tax management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in tax software such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Tax, and Deltek Tax.
- Certification in tax management or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
