📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service during festival events, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and purchases, utilizing your knowledge of Watsons' wide range of health and beauty products.
• Handle cash transactions and manage customer inquiries efficiently, using point-of-sale (POS) systems like SAP or similar.
• Promote Watsons' products and special offers to customers, driving sales and engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a clean and organized store environment during peak shopping hours.
• Report any issues or concerns to the store manager promptly, ensuring timely resolution.
• Uphold Watsons' values and policies, ensuring a safe and respectful shopping environment for all customers.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong product knowledge in health and beauty products, with the ability to make personalized recommendations.
• Familiarity with retail software and POS systems, such as SAP or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment during festival events.
• Proactive attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
• Availability to work during festival events, including weekends and holidays.
