Figma is looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our AI Tooling team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our AI-powered design tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our AI solutions meet the highest standards of quality and user experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development and delivery of AI-powered design tools, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.,Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product managers, to align on goals and priorities.,Define and manage the technical roadmap for AI tooling, ensuring that it supports the company's strategic objectives.,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.,Monitor and report on the progress of AI tooling projects, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and design technology, incorporating relevant innovations into our products.,Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,5+ years of experience in a technical program management or project management role, preferably in the AI or design technology space.,Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and tools, with a proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Proven ability to manage complex projects, including defining requirements, creating technical specifications, and managing timelines and budgets.,Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Trello.,Familiarity with design tools and principles, and a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
