📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure that all employees are aware of and eligible for available benefits.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, acting as a mediator when necessary.
• Monitor labor laws and regulations to ensure that the company remains compliant.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource management, with a focus on operational roles.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
